Schedule Update February 19th, 2014

Days Are Getting Longer, New Things On Horizon

I’m sure just like myself, everyone is thoroughly enjoying the drive to and from work as it is nice to see the longer days with more light out for a change.  Daylight savings time are just around the corner and will come into effect on March 9th at 2am; Springing ahead!

I have some great new developments in progress for getting a new place to work.  I have been looking for opportunities to not only provide massage therapy, but also to provide personal training as well.  I will have more information available soon as far as location and timeline for when that move may take place.

Another development is the potential opportunity to work with some well known community members for a little project that is aimed on promoting health and fitness.  This is something that I believe will have a lot of potential to influence many people, not only in Cold Lake or Bonnyville, but the whole Lakeland area.  My goals with this is to get people to look differently towards being active, changing their current attitudes and behaviours towards health and fitness and re-invest more time and effort into themselves and their personal well-being.  More to come in the next updates.
