CORE On The Door
The Courier had an article, Rec Services: Massages, Snowshoes and RVs, in which my business was mentioned. Old habits die hard as I put my old contact number when giving my information for the article; my contact number is 780-815-3757. Other than that all other information was correct and up to date. If you do come looking for me the picture above shows the sign on the door of room 235 upstairs.
Personal Training should be starting up next week once I have my certification renewal come in the mail. Once I have that I will have my contracts signed to work with clients at the JJ Parr. If you or anyone you know are interested in personal training please let me know and I can arrange a time to have a chat about your health and fitness goals. Also, many clients who benefit from massage may want to consider the other half of the coin for the specific exercises that can be designed to improve proper posture and function. As I’ve said in the past, the only one true thing that you will have belong to you for your whole life is your body; you better take care of it the best that you can.

“Getting ahead in a difficult profession requires avid faith in yourself. This is why some people with mediocre talent, but with great inner drive, go much further than people with vastly superior talent.”
Video of the Week:
I seen this the other day, this guy needs to be recruited for Cirque Du Soleil or put on the American Ninja Warrior TV show.
Have a great week,
