After getting all the necessary paperwork in order, I will be moving my work location to the JJ Parr Sports Centre at CFB Cold Lake. This move will be taking place between now and this weekend, and I will be doing all business there by March 10th. I will be contacting all clients individually to ensure that they know where their appointment will be.
I need to give thanks to Dr. Mosa and everyone at Grand Centre Chiro for supporting me with getting started with massage therapy, I will continue to refer clients back and forth as I’m a firm believer in the benefits of chiro as well as acupuncture. If the only work I was doing was massage and I wasn’t doing any personal training, I would continue to work there as it’s a great place with great people. However, since this move will support all the services I plan on providing, this is a great opportunity for me and I can’t pass it up.
Now here is this week’s schedule (a little late, there were some internet problems today):

Quote of the Week:
“We can learn nothing except by going from the known to the unknown.”
Video of the Week:
This is something that strikes close to home. This is Panther Gym, where I spent many, many hours both training as an amateur and professional fighter, but also as part of a family of great people that I am glad to have met and interacted with. The gym owner, Benny, was my coach as an amateur and Sterling has been with me since I went pro. These guys, this sport, and the gym environment all played a big part of who I am today and what I want to accomplish with the sport of boxing.
With opportunity like at CFB Cold Lake, I would love to set up a boxing club and work with people using my not only my experience from the sport but my my experience from places like Panther Gym. I guess we’ll see how things will develop.
Have a great week,
